My experience with Royal Realty has been wonderful from start to finish. Alan was great assisting me through the initial part of the selling process. I used their "selling tips" to prep my property up before listing on MLS with RR. When dual offers came in for my property, Nancy was more excited than I to find out about them--she truly represented herself as my agent. :) She was great to work with and went above and beyond what I expected from a flat-fee service. I am still amazed at how efficiently and promptly both Alan and Nancy worked--there was no such thing as "waiting around" with them.

Royal Realty was the best move we made. We tried to sell our house by owner for a month with lots of phone calls but only a few viewings. After listing on the mls with RR, we sold our house in 10 days (had 2 offers and 8 viewings). Our closing was yesterday and RR saved us over 5000k in commission we would have paid to a selling agent who really wouldn't have had to do anything but list our property. Alan was very, very helpful, and we highly recommend his services.

Some "full service" realtors offered me the same kind of exposure as Royal Realty for 4-6% (seller's + buyer's agent commission). Other flat fee services took days to get back to me about their services (hmmm, I wonder how long it would have taken them to get back to a potential buyer of mine?)
